Practicing sustainable agriculture, close spacing and great attention to crop levels allow the wine maker to create wines of varietal character, structure, balance and good color. With so many (almost too many) options, all the wines began to blend together making it difficult to select favorites. The vines are Chardonnay, Merlot, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignion, and Syrah. The vines are planted 3 feet apart and 1200 vines per acre. The vines are 20 years plus old. 2022 Was an excellent year with plentiful of crops. 5 Acres are used for parking and events. 10 Acres to place a B&B or Buildings,and tasting Room.
